Dear {first},

As per your conversation with Tabitha, I’ve prepared the enclosed information regarding our company for you to review prior to our consultation.

We are uniquely positioned to help you with your IT and Cybersecurity needs because of our distinctive approach to IT support (discussed more in the enclosed materials), our commitment to excellence and our deep experience in working with financial firms like yours.

To prepare for our meeting and be as productive as possible, please do the following:

Take a look at the “Why Choose Digital Crisis?” This will give you a little more insight about how we do business and what makes us different than the majority of “computer guys” you may have encountered in the past.
Check out all the client comments and success stories on the page titled “7 More Reasons You’ll Want to Outsource Your Computer Support to Digital Crisis”. This will give you a feel for what we do and the types of clients we help. If you would like to speak directly to any of our clients as a reference, please let me know so I can arrange this for you. You can also find more on our website, DigitalCrisis.com.
Please make sure everyone involved with selecting your next IT provider is in the meeting, including your CEO, CFO, Office Manager and Administrative team. This will allow me to understand what questions, concerns, and issues everyone has, and to make the best possible recommendations for you. I also suggest they review the enclosed materials prior to our meeting so that everyone is up to speed and on the same page when we start.

If you have any questions, please call my assistant Tabitha Portuondo at 713-965-7200.

To your success,

P.S. I included the book, “Cyber Storm” because I am a featured author writing with these experts on the new book coming out next year in 2023.
